Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form

The Return Merchandise Authorization Form is required for every product sent back to Wattmon for repair or servicing. We require detailed information such as MAC address, serial number and accessories included when shipping. Any items not declared in this form will not be our responsibility if shipped to us.
